| During the early 1990's I wrote several stories for BG Enterprises. They were the standard wrestler-meets-wrestler, wrestler-wrestles-wrestler, wrestler-gets-the-crap-beat-out-of-him-because-the-other-wrestler's-friend-shows-up. Even though I considered myself an artist, I wasn't good enough to put the pictures with the words. Slowly I started doing computer graphics. And with two of my stories images were included. But they were still crude, greyscale images. By 1998 I wasn't writing much but I was doing artwork and was part of a website called Submissions. I started thinking about doing my own erotic comic book but never could get a good idea that I could follow through on. So, I kept making poster artwork and website updates.
Then it happened. Call it inspiration on steroids. Text on testosterone. Whatever. Within only a month I had written the first comic book for The Gym. Then I kept on writing...and writing...and writing..... I finally showed a friend the first few chapters and he gave me a confused look and said, "It's good...but I'm not getting horny." Uh, huh.... Well, he was right. It wasn't the usual <insert above wrestler-meets, etc. here.> But there was just something about the way the text was forming in my head. The way the stories were somehow writing themselves kept me going. Before I knew it I had several books written. But no graphics. So, for the past few years I've slowly, but surely been trying to hone my 3D skills. Below you'll see a rundown on my progress. (Or lack thereof.) If you're wondering why I haven't given any details on the book, that was on purpose. I think you'll be surprised why. |
