David Chokachi vs Shemar Franklin Moore

Chakochi was a famous male model before appearing on "Baywatch."

Moore can be seen on the soap opera "Young and the Restless."

I can't help but see Moore as a closet heel. He'll take as many shortcuts, and uppercuts, he can to loosen up Chokachi's gut muscles. Moore's main concern will be Chokachi's mat work which will include a long held figure four. But repeated elbows and knees to Chokachi's stomach will make him easy prey for an abdominal stretch.

After the pain really sinks in, Chokachi just hangs there and one thinks the match is over. But summing up his strength, Moore is flipped over to the mat. Chokachi unfortunately can't take advantage and Moore gets behind the tired man who's still on all fours. Moore lifts Chokachi's arms and puts his legs through the hole created. He then lifts his legs up and locks them. Dropping down to the mat, Chokachi's arms are full nelsoned under Moore's thighs. This allows both of Moore's hands to be free and run a rampage of punches and claw holds to blonde's chiseled, sore stomach. A double claw (one on each side of the abs) finally convinced Chokachi that he's in a no-win situation and he submits.

David James Elliot vs Ben Browder

On an episode of Elliot's series "JAG" you can see the ex-pilot shirtless and doing a short martial arts fight.

Ben was the lead on “Farscape”

Here we have two actors that play military men. I don't see much ground fighting here. Calculated, standing blows and kicks will be the norm as they back each other in the corner and go at it.

Overall I think Browder will be just too tough on Elliot. All Browder does is wait for Elliot to make an attack and he counters. For every body blow Elliot lands gets him two or three in return. This pace wears down Elliot and he allows Browder to capture his leg during a kick. Quickly Browder drops Elliot to the ground, swings the man around, and applies a half crab which gains him a submission.

Dolph Lundgren vs Mike Tyson

Before appearing in "Rocky IV", Lundgren was a world class kickboxer in Australia.

Tyson still hasn't accepted any challenges from submission fighters wanting a match.

The tale-of-the-tape for this match is which can succeed when forced to the mat. What will also make a difference is who's back is in better shape. (In both men's sports there aren't usually blows there.)

Tyson may not have the quickest hands, compared to his opponents, but when those fists hit their mark Lundgren falls back and has to regroup. Unfortunately Tyson doesn't allow too much time to go by before starting another attack.

Tyson's main problem is he doesn't know how to use his legs to block. By the time he's raised one to block a kick Lundgren simply raises it higher and the blow goes to the head. A stupid move is then made by Tyson. He grabs a hold of Lundgren's leg on a failed kick attempt. Lundgren raises his other one and kicks Tyson down. Turning Tyson on his stomach, Lundgren lies flat on the boxers body and puts on a sleeper hold. Tyson doesn't take long to tap out.
