John Grimek vs Ray Stern

It should be noted that Grimek's photo has NOT been digitally edited!

Hmmm...is this Ray Stern or is it Leo Stern? There seems to be a difference of opinion.

This is a very clean, technical pro match. Grimek is able to use is speed and agility to perform drop-kicks, and spinning leg trips.

While on the mat Stern is constantly having his legs tied up. A boston crab is almost his downfall but he's able to reach the ropes before too much damage is done. But the damage Stern does to Grimek can't be shrugged off. Grimek is constantly beaten and battered especially around his midsection and sides. Finally Stern gives Grimek a tight reverse bearhug which literally collapses the young man's stomach. A sleeper would have worked just as well as the young man fades off.

Kevin Sorbo vs John Matuzsak

If you think Sorbo looks good on "Hercules" check him out in "Kull!"

Matuzsak never shied away when he played pro football or when he posed for Playgirl.

You're a long way from New Zealand, Sorbo, so get used to it. You might get a few blows in here and there, but Matuszak won't hesitate to give you a lesson in football drills. Be prepared for several shoulder tackles to the gut.

Sorbo literally hangs on the ropes in the corner as Matuzsak pulls him by his long hair and leads you back to the center of the ring. Matuzsak then picks Sorbo off the ground via a bearhug. He shakes the TV star like a tired rag doll. Sorbo slowly gets his hands in between himself and Matuzsak's arms. The hold is released and Sorbo lands several forearms to Matuzsak's head.

Flinging Matuzsak into the ropes, the former football star ducks and wraps Sorbo in an abdominal stretch. The long haired, hairy muscleman grunts and groans as Matuzsak throws in some forearm, gut blows. Only after a few of these does Sorbo finally admit defeat.

Kevin Von Eric vs Buddy Justice

The name Von Eric is legendary in the pro wrestling field. The family has suffered many tragedies through the years. Kevin is the only surviving member of this wrestling dynasty.

Justice once wrestled for BGWest. He and Kid Leopard had a bitter feud which culminated in two historic matches. One where Justice won the belt and the other when KL won it back.

The stare down these two gave each other was more than worth the price of admission. Justice takes great pleasure in using his fists on various parts of Von Eric's body. (Especially landing uppercuts to the Texan's jaw.)

These stagger Von Eric enough that he's backed into the corner. Here's where Justice's fury really comes out as he mercilessly kicks his opponent's gut. If it wasn't for the ref Justice wouldn't stop even though Von Eric had already slumped to a seated position.

Picking up Von Eric's legs, he's dragged to the center where he's almost put in a figure four. Before the hold can be fully applied, Von Eric kicks Justice back to the corner. The pro star hurriedly gets to his feet and runs toward Justice. But the heel is prepared and lands a boot to the gut. Von Eric is then on the receiving end of a neck breaker.

Justice exclaims several things which can't be repeated in polite conversation and then spits on the hurting blonde. The heel then grabs Von Eric by the hair and shakes the disoriented pro's head, taunting him with questions on whether he's going to give or not.

But Justice is too cocky and bends down too far. Von Eric's hand reaches up and applies a claw to Justice's forehead. Justice's hands flail as he tries to remove his opponent's appendage. Von Eric gets to his feet and sinks his fingers into the heel's temples as Justice slowly sinks to the mat. The ref lifts Justice's hand three times before awarding the victory to Von Eric.
